If you think you are leading a stressful life, check out this ranking of the most stressful cities in the world.

A poll by the CBD and wellness business Eden’s Gate revealed the world’s most stressful cities. The study analyzed a range of metrics such as average commute time, cost of living, internet speed, work time, and search volume for “stress relief” and “stress relief” to find which cities lead the most stressful lives.

After tabulating the data, Panama was exposed as the most stressful city in the world. At the other end of the spectrum, Santiago turned out to be the least stressful city, with New York having the highest cost of living. The study also shows that New Delhi has the lowest cost of living while Mumbai has the highest annual working hours (3,315).

Stress capital of the world?

Known for its famous canal and biodiversity, Panama is the most stressful city to live in. With the highest commute time of two hours per day compared to Nairobi and Hanoi, which have the lowest commute time of just 30 minutes.

The South American city has the ninth highest combined monthly cost of living and rent that comes after that; New York, Hong Kong, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Doha, Seoul and Beijing. The average monthly cost of living and renting is £ 696.14 (SGD 1,273.89) which is more expensive than the cheapest city of New Delhi.

Santiago, Chile’s capital and largest city, is considered the least stressful city to work in. With the third fastest internet speed and an annual working time of only 2,150 hours, this is an average of 8 hour days 5 times a week. Santiago’s monthly living and renting costs are £ 2,292.39 (SGD 4,194.92), cheaper than New York’s most expensive city.

New York, a country where many people around the world want to work and live, has been rated as the third most powerful city to work. Is it worth? With the average commute time averaging 54 minutes, New York has the highest monthly cost of living and rents at £ 3,122.20 (5713.41).

That’s £ 789.76 (S $ 1,445.21) a month more than the second most expensive city, Hong Kong. It is not only the city with the highest monthly living costs and rents, but also the city with the highest search volume on the topic of “stress relief” with an average of 170 searches per month.
