Quest Media Releases The Muscular Dystrophy Association included and accessible choices in their first-ever guide to Christmas gifts and donations


MDA Ambassadors from across the country come together to curate products for this gift and provide guidance to the disability community.

NEW YORK, November 17, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Quest media, a newly expanded and innovative adaptive lifestyle platform (including a magazine, blog, podcast and e-newsletter) launched the first-ever 2022 Quest Guide to Christmas Gifts and Giving curated by MDA ambassadors. The guide offers categories of products for everyone who either lives with or loves someone who has a disability, with products for every disability from ages six to 106.

The guide contains 10 product categories including Kids, Footwear, Apparel, Beauty, Kitchen & Home, Personal Care, Electronics/Tech and more. Brands represented include Sony, Kendra ScottL’Oréal, Tommy Hilfiger, Clinique, Olay, Cuisinart, Apple, Toms and more. Retailers include Target, Kohls, Amazon, Zappos, Walmart, Nordstrom, JC Penney, Ulta, Audible, Best Buy, REI and more.

They also included comments on how each product supports their specific mobility issues. Each featured product links directly to a manufacturer or retail website (or both) to learn more and make a purchase. MDA does not receive a share of sales for items recommended in the Gifting and Giving Guide, but the organization provides the guide as a resource for the community it serves.

The products included in the gift and donation guide are a combination of some specifically customizable items as well as items that have a universal design and have been found accessible by our ambassadors. The MDA Ambassador’s bio, photos, her favorite places to shop, and her favorite life hacks are included in the guide.
