  1. Go to Panzoid and click Clipmaker above.
  2. in the Clipmaker, select the scene Tab from the left menu.
  3. Go to Audio + music Tab and click Choose Next Audio track to upload your desired audio to the intro.
  4. Go to Objects Tab and change the text groups that cover SURNAME and change them to whatever name you want in your intro.
  5. When you’ve finished your intro, go to the Download Tab and click Start video render. You should now have an original intro that you can use with YouTube.

The downsides to Canva are so simple that you might feel limited by the types of intros you can create there, but the upside is that you can quickly create a placeholder intro until you can either pay a graphic designer to do it to create one for you or learn to use more comprehensive software.

For example, let’s say you just wanted to create a YouTube intro, which was a simple logo displayed on a background of your choice, with a musical accent on top. Here’s how you can do that:

  1. Download, install and open Filmora, click Import media and import your logo, background and the song you want to use.
  2. Drag and drop the background onto a track on the timeline.
  3. Drag and drop the logo over the background of the same track. This will overlay the logo in the video.
  4. Add a crossing or effect Drag and drop them onto the media in the timeline using the appropriate tabs. You can change the length of the effect or transition over the Timeline Section.
  5. Drag and drop the music track onto a separate track on the Timeline and cut the music so that it only contains the part of it that you want to hear.
  6. Add a crossing or Effect for the audio, such as Hide and Fade in, and place it on the song.
