The “adventure center” is accessed via a landscape buffer at the end of the marketing office. Steps through the landscape lead to a reduced movement back, which represents the proportions of an apartment lobby, which leads to three model apartment prototypes exhibited here. The placement of model apartments is juxtaposed with various semi-open and open public spaces in order to create a very appealing and exciting environment. The entire visitor journey is designed as a two-way experience and design features are tactfully placed along the way and at important junctions that can be discovered little by little.
