4. Experience Niagara Falls up close

If you have guests in town and they’ve never been to Niagara Falls, this must be on your to-do list! Seeing tons of water flowing down the river is something we locals are pretty used to, but there’s a reason this is a huge tourist attraction. For family-friendly fun, grab a poncho and set sail on the Maid of the Mist, or get a closer look at the falls on a Cave of the Winds tour.
